It's free to register on our Helpdesk, so you can login and raise tickets if you need help. Alternatively, email Gemini will process all emails you send us and automatically convert them into tickets, sending you a ticket reference in the process. All ongoing communication (including attachments) between you and us will be tracked as comments on that ticket, unless you change the subject line. 


Your tickets are secure. Only you, your organization admin (if you have one), and our support team can see them.
